Kenora Sexual Assault Centre Complaints Policy
Service users and community members have the right to express opinions about the services, programs or policies of the Kenora Sexual Assault Centre (KSAC) or to complain about situations in which they believe they have received poor service.
The Kenora Sexual Assault Centre takes seriously its responsibility to ensure an anti-discriminatory and respectful environment conducive to the delivery of high quality service. To this end, the Centre is dedicated to ensuring that all community complaints are resolved in a fair, confidential and timely manner.
If you have a complaint please fill out the form and it will be sent to the Executive Director. The Executive Director will contact the complainant, by telephone, as soon as possible within a normal business week, preferably within 24 hours; to receive details of the complaint and to discuss a possible resolution. If the Director is out of town or on holidays the complainant will be referred directly to a member of the Executive Committee.
If you have a complaint against the Executive Director please call the office at 807-468-7958 and speak to the Administrative Assistant and she will provide you with the proper contact email for the Chair of the Board of Directors.
